To ensure your treatment is efficient and tailored to your individual needs, we recommend:
- Please bring your insurance card and, if available, any previous medical findings or reports.
- Please note your current medication and any relevant pre-existing conditions.
- Please arrive a little earlier to complete the registration process in peace and quiet.

- Registration and reception
Our friendly team will greet you and review your documents. You will receive all the necessary information regarding your appointment. - Individual consultation and examination
In a modern treatment room, the doctor will discuss your concerns, conduct a targeted diagnosis, and discuss the appropriate therapy. - Treatment and aftercare: Whether medical therapy, laser treatment, or aesthetic procedure, we ensure that you feel comfortable and safe. Naturally, you will receive tips on aftercare and prevention.
Appointment cancellations
Appointment cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform us by telephone at least 24 hours in advance . This will allow us to offer the appointment to other patients.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, we charge a processing fee of CHF 90.
- In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the consultation will be charged.

Accessibility
Our premises are fully wheelchair accessible and easily reachable with a stroller . An elevator takes you directly into the practice.
Directions & Parking
If our patient parking spaces in the courtyard are full, other options are available:
- Public parking spaces in the blue zone around the practice
- The Feldegg parking garage is directly opposite.
The disabled parking spaces in the courtyard may only be used with valid authorization.
