Your responsibilities with us:

• You are the first point of contact for our patients at reception and on the phone
• Organization of a smooth practice workflow
• You are responsible for scheduling appointments and optimizing the agenda utilization (according to guidelines) for several doctors
• You are responsible for accurate cash management and billing
• You answer emails and assist with various administrative practice tasks

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training in healthcare, hospitality, or basic commercial training
• Native-level German and very good English skills are required; additional language skills are a plus
• Several years of practical professional experience in reception
• Strong customer and service orientation, even during busy periods
• Resilient, quick-witted, independent, and precise way of working
• Organizational strength and high quality awareness
• Good MS-Office skills. Experience with Mac operating system is an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for representing the company at the forefront

Your responsibilities:

• Independent performance of diagnostic and therapeutic measures such as blood sampling, allergy testing, suture removal, light therapies, and other dermatological treatments
• Organisation of smooth practice operations (appointment scheduling, telephone, consultation assistance, administration, practice pharmacy)
• Assistance with surgical and aesthetic procedures as well as laser treatments

What you bring:

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant, HF Nursing Specialist or Healthcare Specialist
• Enjoyment of teamwork and direct patient contact
• Very good German and good English skills
• High quality standards, friendly demeanor and cultivated manners
• Independent, precise and reliable way of working
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Mac an advantage
