Welcome to Decamed Skin and Laser Center Zurich. We are delighted to welcome you and would like to provide you with some important information before your visit.

Please arrive at the reception desk five minutes before your appointment and bring the following documents with you:
- International Health Insurance Card (if available)
- Identity card or passport
- Relevant medical records
- List of your current medications
Appointment cancellation
Appointment cancellation
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance so that we can offer the appointment to other patients.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: processing fee CHF 500.
- No-show: full consultation fee will be charged.

Our practice is barrier-free and accessible for strollers and wheelchairs (elevator directly into the practice).

- General consultation including skin examination: CHF 650 (approx. 45 min.)
- Extended consultation: CHF 900 (approx. 60 min.)
- Medical consultation includes: discussion, thorough dermatological examination, dermoscopic examination (mole check)
- Night and weekend surcharges are calculated separately.
Additional investigations
Additional investigations
- Allergy tests, skin biopsies and blood draws will be billed separately.
- Histological examinations in external laboratories are also carried out separately.

Upon request, we can prepare a detailed report in: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese
- German: CHF 150
- Other languages: CHF 200

- Patients without a referral: Consultation fees will be billed directly after the visit (all major credit cards except Amex, cash payment possible)
- For larger operations, a deposit is charged in advance.
